The KB series mechanical-compensation CNC bending machine adopts a mechanical deflection compensation system to ensure consistent bend angle of the workpiece after bending and forming. It uses electro-hydraulic servo-valve synchronous control with high control accuracy and fast speed. The machine body is welded from steel plates and the entire frame is tempered. The CNC system uses DELEM (Netherlands) DA53T, DA58T or DA66T. The back-gauge mechanism can control multiple back-gauge axes. The machine is equipped with an upper-die quick-clamp device.
