This page explains what information we collect through our website, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We have kept it short and in plain words.

Who we are

This website is run by Narex KSA (NAREXKSA, commercial registration 7052153421), based at Al-Mashael, Eastern Ring Road Extension, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. For any question about your information, email us at admin@narexksa.com or use the form at the bottom of this page.

What we collect and why

We only collect what you send us through the forms on this website, and we use it for the reason you sent it:

  • Quotation requests: your name, email, phone, the machine you are interested in and anything else you choose to tell us, so we can reply and prepare your quotation.

  • Service requests: your contact details, city and details about your machine, so we can arrange the visit or repair.

  • Job applications: your contact details, background and CV, so we can consider you for the role and for similar roles later. Only our HR team and the hiring manager see them.

  • Newsletter: your email address, so we can send you news about machines and offers now and then. You can ask us to stop at any time.

With a request we also note the page you sent it from and how you reached us (for example a Google search or an ad), so we know what is working. Please don’t include sensitive details such as ID numbers or health information in your messages.

Website statistics

We count visits to see which pages and machines people look at. We do this with our own system, without cookies and without keeping your IP address. Detailed records are deleted after 90 days. To stop spam, our forms keep a scrambled code made from your IP address, never the address itself.

Who else sees it

We never sell your information or use it for advertising. A few companies help us run the website: Railway hosts the website and its database, a cloud storage service keeps uploaded files such as CVs, and our email provider delivers messages to our team.

If your request is about a machine supplied by another Narex Group company, such as our UAE office, we may pass it to them so they can help you. We will also share information when the law requires it.

Where it is stored

Our website’s servers are in Amsterdam, so your information is stored outside Saudi Arabia. We only send what is needed to run the website and reply to you, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.

How long we keep it

  • Quotation and service requests: 3 years after we last dealt with them.

  • Job applications and CVs: 1 year.

  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe, after which we delete your address within 90 days.

  • Requests about your data: 3 years, as a record of how we handled them.

  • Spam: 30 days.

If you become a customer, sales records are kept for as long as Saudi commercial law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, send you a copy, correct it or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent, for example by unsubscribing from our emails.
